Pay by Installments (only Swedish customers for now). With "Pay by instalments" we can offer you the possibility of dividing up the payment in instalments from 3 to 36 months, due to our collaboration with Klarna AB.
You can shop for between SEK 1.000 (Amounts under SEK 1000 will not show up on payment by instalments) and SEK 50.000.

Shipping & Delivery
We are proud to deliver worldwide with FedEx International on 3-7 days from order. Our cost of shipping is based on weight to keep them as low as possible. In fact, we subsidies most international shipping as a service to the one we love most. You guys and hope you will appreciate it.
With greater volume our objective is to include all shipping in our prices to you. Of course without having to increase price on product to you. Why don’t you help us out and tip a friend or two!

Post Norden. The Post Office has a staying time for parcels of 14 days
- after that they are returned to sender. Make sure you collect your delivery within 14 days in order to avoid unnecessary extra costs.
FedEx. You will in good time before the product arrive be notified by FedEx. Together you decide on date of delivery. If not home when arriving FedEx will give it yet 2 times before returning to sender.

Order confirmation – U know us – we have to know you
It is important that you at least give the correct e-mail address when you order as an order confirmation is sent to you. Make our day – give us your phone number so we can contact you in person IF needed.
Notice of delivery will also be sent out to you as a customer. If you do not receive a confirmation then log in again and check that you have given the correct e-mail address.
The client does not have the right to cancel a part or the whole of an order 2 hours after the order has been sent by the client.

Deliveries Orders are sent within the whole of Europe.
Normally the goods are dispatched from us within 3-5 working days.
It takes another 1-3 days for the Post to deliver the parcel to the client's address. If the product is temporarily out of stock or in the event of the accumulation of orders it may take longer.
As a client you will be notified via e-mail when your order has been posted or if any of the products are outstanding.
Therefore it is important that we have the correct e-mail address. For outstanding goods no freight will be charged.
The transport of goods from Parts of Sweden to the client is the responsibility of Parts of Sweden should any products
be damaged or lost during transportation.
In the event of transport from the client to Parts of Sweden the client is responsible should anything be damaged or lost during transport.
Buying a product
With regards to veneer an available piece of furniture might become lighter or darker depending on its placement, the light, humidity etc.
If you buy accessories to an old Ikea model there might be some differences in nuance.
Right to cancel/return a purchase
You are more than welcome to return any product not to your satisfaction within 14 days after receiving the product. A valid return is one where the product is sent back undamaged in original packaging and well packed for shipping. All products need to be returned as a normal parcel or letter, not as a C.O.D item or with forwarded charges.
Parts of Sweden will for all products incorrectly dispatched stand all cost of return. You request your return label from firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not overcharge on shipping costs and our aim is to have it included without adding on to the initial price. In the event of transport damages turn to the carrier or in countries applicable – the post office.
